General provisions of the product warranty
1. You can use the right of refusal and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without indicating the reason for the return.
2. To use the right of withdrawal, you must inform SIA ECOSTYLE S, e-mail: info@colibrionline.lv, about the decision to refuse the purchase. In order for the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal to be respected, it will be sufficient if you send your message regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the right of withdrawal.
3. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal will end after 14 days, starting from the day on which the goods are received in the possession of you or a third party who is not the carrier and whom you indicated as the recipient of the order.
Goods are not accepted for return in the following cases:
- The goods have been used.
- The goods do not have original tags and packaging.
- If the defect arose as a result of using the goods for other purposes
- If the defect is the result of chemical or mechanical action.
4. In case of cancellation of the contract, SIA ECOSTYLE S will return the payment received for the returned goods within the framework of a specific distance contract, except for payment for delivery, no later than 14 days counting from the day when SIA ECOSTYLE S was informed about your decision to refuse this agreement. SIA ECOSTYLE S may delay the refund until the goods returned by the Consumer are received.
5. Remember that when sending the goods back to the seller, you must provide such packaging so that the goods are not damaged during transportation. If you wish to use the right of refusal, remember that the Consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the product if the product was used not to ascertain the type of this product, its properties and effect, but for other purposes. Therefore, please note that during the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Consumer has the right to use the product only to the extent necessary to check the product (to the same extent as can be done before purchasing the product in a regular store). By using the right of withdrawal, the Consumer is responsible for the use of the goods that exceeds that provided for the inspection of the goods, for the use of the goods during the period of exercise of the rights of withdrawal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for a decrease in the value, quality and reliability of the goods.
