GAME “FOOD PRODUCTION SEQUENCES - I” 

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

- 34 square cards (made of thick, durable cardboard). The cards depict the process of origin (manufacturing) of food products.

Card size: 9 x 9 cm. 

The set of cards is divided into 5 groups: 5, 6, 7 or 8 cards in each group (depending on the complexity of the task):

1. group of 5 actions - egg production.

2. group of 6 actions – salt production.

3. group of 7 actions – production of tomatoes.

4. group of 8 actions – rice production.

5. group of 8 actions – production of vegetable oil.

Each group is one sequential story with the participation of 2 characters: a girl or a boy. The cards depict the production cycles or origins of various food products at the most important stages.

To make it easier for your child to recognize and group the cards, each group is colored differently.

The game is equipped with a “self-test system”, consisting of five multi-colored stripes located along the edges of the cards. Their coincidence indicates that the order of the cards is correct.

The stories offered are very simple. The goal is to develop a sense of time and chronological awareness in children.

RECOMMENDED AGE:

from 3 to 8 years

OBJECTIVE OF THE GAME:

- develop logical thinking;

- develop space-time concepts;

- develop observation skills;

- teach the child to arrange events in chronological order;

- familiarize the child with the concepts of “before and after”;

- learn about the production process of various food products;

- develop and expand basic vocabulary.

Play also helps the adult work individually with the child, both in the classroom and at home or in therapy.
